Recombinant human CD4 protein
CD4 also known as T-cell surface glycoprotein CD4. CD4 functions to initiate or augment the early phase of T-cell activation, and may function as an important mediator of indirect neuronal damage in infectious and immune-mediated diseases of the central nervous system. Recombinant human CD4, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
