HSPB6 also known as Heat shock prtein beta-6. This locus encodes a heat shock protein. This protein likely plays a role in smooth muscle relaxation. Recombinant human HSPB6, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
