Recombinant human Endothelin 3/EDN3 protein
EDN3, also known as Endothelin 3, is endothelium-derived vasoconstrictor peptides. Recombinant human EDN3, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
