Recombinant human Endophilin A3/SH3GL3 protein

SH3GL3 belongs to the endophilin family. This protein contains 1 BAR domain and 1 SH3 domain. It implicated in endocytosis and may recruit other proteins to membranes with high curvature. Recombinant human SH3GL3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
