Recombinant human TRIB3 protein
TRIB3, also known as tribbles pseudokinase 3, is a putative protein kinase that is induced by the transcription factor NF-kappaB. This protein is a negative regulator of NF-kappaB, and can also sensitize cells to TNF- and TRAIL-induced apoptosis. In addition, it can negatively regulate the cell survival serine-threonine kinase AKT1. Recombinant human TRIB3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
