Recombinant human N6AMT1 protein
N6AMT1 is a member of methyltransferase family, may be involved in the methylation of release factor I during translation termination. This protein is also involved in converting the arsenic metabolite monomethylarsonous acid to the less toxic dimethylarsonic acid. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Recombinant human N6ATM1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
