Recombinant human BRD1 protein
BRD contains a bromodomain, a sequence motif often found in transcriptional coactivators, and localizes to the nucleus in testis and several other cell types. Recombinant human BRD1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
