Recombinant human HYKK protein
HYKK belongs to the aminoglycoside phosphotransferase family. This protein catalyzes the GTP-dependent phosphorylation of 5-hydroxy-L-lysine. Recombinant human HYKK protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques
