Recombinant human TSR2 protein

TSR2 belongs to the TSR2 family. This protein may be involved in 20S pre-rRNA processing. Recombinant human TSR2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
