Recombinant human OSGEP protein
OSGEP belongs to the KAE1 / YgjD family. This protein is required for the formation of a threonylcarbamoyl group on adenosine at position 37 (t6A37) in tRNAs that read codons beginning with adenine. Recombinant human OSGEP protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
