Recombinant human ANKRA2 protein

ANKRA2 contains 5 ANK repeats. This protein may facilitate endocytosis by linking megalin to components of the cytoskeleton or endocytic machinery. Recombinant human ANKRA2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
