Recombinant human RPL5 protein
RPL5 belongs to the ribosomal protein L18P family. This protein is required for rRNA maturation and formation of the 60S ribosomal subunits. Recombinant human RPL5 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
