Recombinant human SERTAD2 protein
SERTA domain containing 2, also known as SERTAD2, acts at E2F-responsive promoters to integrate signals provided by PHD- and/or bromodomain-containing transcription factors. Recombinant human SERTAD2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
