Recombinant human EXOSC7 protein
EXOSC7 belongs to the RNase PH family and is a component of the RNA exosome complex. Recombinant human EXOSC7 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
