DNAJC27 belongs to the small GTPase superfamily and contains 1 J domain. This protein may lack GTPase activity. Recombinant human DNAJC27 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
