Recombinant human THAP7 protein
THAP7 contains 1 THAP-type zinc finger. The protein is a chromatin-associated, histone tail-binding protein that represses transcription via recruitment of HDAC3 and nuclear hormone receptor corepressors. Recombinant human THAP7 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
