Recombinant human PSMD13 protein
PSMD13 belongs to the proteasome subunit S11 family and contains 1 PCI domain. This protein acts as a regulatory subunit of the 26S proteasome which is involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. Recombinant human PSMD13 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
