Recombinant human ZNHIT1 protein
ZNHIT1 belongs to the ZNHIT1 family and contains 1 HIT-type zinc finger. The protein is induced by DNA damage and seems to play role in p53-mediated apoptosis induction. ZNHIT1 interacts with MAPK11 and MAPK14 and is component of the chromatin-remodeling SRCAP complex composed of at least SRCAP, DMAP1, RuVBL1, RuVBL2, ACTL6A, YEATS4, ACTR6 and ZNHIT1. Recombinant human ZNHIT1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
