Recombinant human Fucosyltransferase 7/FUT7 protein
FuT7 is a golgi stack membrane protein that is involved in the creation of sialyl-Lewis X antigens. This protein can direct the synthesis of the E-selectin-binding sialyl-Lewis X moiety. Recombinant human FuT7 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
