Recombinant human NUP62CL protein
NuP62CL is a protein containing a domain found in nucleoporins which are glycoproteins found in nuclear pore complexes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Recombinant human NuP62CL protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
