Recombinant human SORBS3 protein
SORBS3 is an SH3 domain-containing adaptor protein. The presence of SH3 domains play a role in this protein's ability to bind other cytoplasmic molecules and contribute to cystoskeletal organization, cell adhesion and migration, signaling, and gene expression. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Recombinant human SORBS3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
