Recombinant human CENPQ protein
CENPQ is a subunit of a CENPH-CENPI-associated centromeric complex that targets CENPA to centromeres and is required for proper kinetochore function and mitotic progression. Recombinant human CENPQ protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
