Recombinant human NRAGE protein
MAGED1, as known as Melanoma-associated antigen D1, is expressed in almost all normal adult tissues. It has been demonstrated to be involved in the p75 neurotrophin receptor mediated programmed cell death pathway. It has been involved in Prader-Willi syndrome, which includes hyperphagia, repetitive and compulsive behaviors, and cognitive impairment. Recombinant human MAGED1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
