Recombinant human MAGEB10 protein

MAGEB10 is a member of the B subfamily of the melanoma associated antigen protein family. The protein is specifically expressed in testis and tumor cells. Recombinant human MAGEB10 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
