Recombinant human TXNRD3NB protein
TXNRD3NB is expressed in pancreas, esophagus, bone marrow and keratinocytes. This protein shares overlapping exons with TXNRD3. The initiation codon is found in exon 3 of the TXNRD3IT1 gene. Recombinant human TXNRD3NB protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
