Recombinant human ASB8 protein
Ankyrin repeat and SOCS box containing 8, also known as ASB8, may be a substrate-recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin-Cullin-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. Recombinant human ASB8 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
