Recombinant human ZNHIT3 protein
ZNHIT3 contains 1 HIT-type zinc finger. Thyroid receptor interacting proteins (TRIPs) specifically interact with the ligand binding domain of the thyroid receptor (TR) . This protein requires the presence of thyroid hormone for its interaction. Recombinant human ZNHIT3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
