TBC1D13 contains 1 Rab-GAP TBC domain. This protein may act as a GTPase-activating protein for Rab family protein. Recombinant human TBC1D13 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
