Recombinant human MD-1 protein
LY86 is highly expressed in B-cells, monocytes and tonsil. This protein may cooperate with CD180 and TLR4 to mediate the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and cytokine production. It is important for efficient CD180 cell surface expression. Recombinant human LY86 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
