Recombinant human PHF13 protein
PHD finger protein 13, also known as PHF13, is required for normal chromosome condensation during the early stages of mitosis and for normal chromosome separation during mitosis. Recombinant human PHF13 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
