Recombinant human CNOT8 protein
CNOT8 belongs to the CAF1 family. It is a ubiquitous transcription factor required for a diverse set of processes and functions as part of the CCR-NOT complex. The CCR4-NOT complex functions as general transcription regulation complex. This complex contains CHAF1A, CHAF1B, CNOT1, CNOT2, CNOT3, CNOT4, CNOT6 and CNOT8 and binds BTG2. Recombinant human CNOT8 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
