Recombinant human CPPED1 protein
CPPED1 belongs to the metallophosphoesterase superfamily. This protein binds 2 divalent metal cations and is transactivated by the large envelope protein of the hepatitis B virus (HBV) . Recombinant human CPPED1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
