Recombinant human COMMD7 protein
COMMD7 is a 200 amino acid protein that contains 1 COMM domain. This protein interacts (via COMM domain) with COMMD1 via its COMM domain. It also associates with the NF-kappa-B complex and suppresses its transcriptional activity. COMMD7 is widely expressed with highest expression in lung. Recombinant human COMMD7 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
