Recombinant human AAGAB protein
AAGAB, also known as P34, may play a role in membrane traffic and interacts with AP1G1 and AP2A1. Recombinant human AAGAB protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
