Recombinant human FAM50A protein
FAM50A belongs to the FAM50 family. The protein is highly conserved in length and sequence across different species. It is a basic protein containing a nuclear localization signal, and may function as a DNA-binding protein or a transcriptional factor. Recombinant human FAM50A protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
