Recombinant human SVH/ARMC10 protein
AMRC10 is a protein that contains an armadillorepeat and transmembrane domain. The protein decreases the transcriptional activity of the tumor suppressor protein p53 through direct interaction with the DNA-binding domain of p53, and may play a role in cell growth and survival. upregulation of this gene may play a role in hepatocellular carcinoma. Recombinant human AMRC10 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
