Recombinant human RNA polymerases I, II, and III subunit RPABC3/POLR2H protein
POLR2H is one of the essential subunits of RNA polymerase II that is shared by the other two eukaryotic DNA-directed RNA polymerases, I and III. Recombinant human POLR2H protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
