Recombinant human sFRP-3/FRZB protein
FRZB is a secreted protein that is involved in the regulation of bone development. Defects in this gene are a cause of female-specific osteoarthritis (OA) susceptibility. Recombinant human FRZB protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
