Recombinant human IFN-alpha 7/IFNA7 protein
Interfereon alpha 7, also known as IFNA7, belongs to the alpha/beta interferon family. IFNA7 is produced by macrophages. IFN-alpha has antiviral activities. Interferon stimulates the production of two enzymes: a protein kinase and an oligoadenylate synthetase. Recombinant human IFNA7 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
