Recombinant human UXT protein
Ubiquitously-expressed transcript, also known as uXT, belongs to the uXT family. This protein functions as a cofactor that modulates androgen receptor-dependent transcription, and also plays a critical role in tumor necrosis factor-induced apoptosis. Expression of this gene may play a role in tumorigenesis. Recombinant human uXT protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.
