Recombinant human NEK7 protein
NEK7 is protein kinase which plays an important role in mitotic cell cycle progression. It is required for microtubule nucleation activity of the centrosome, robust mitotic spindle formation and cytokinesis. NEK7 is highly expressed in lung, muscle, testis, brain, heart, liver, leukocyte and spleen. Recombinant human NEK7 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
