Recombinant human ASPRV1 protein
ASPRV1, also known as MuNO, SASP and ASAPase, is a protein that contains 1 peptidase A2 domain. This protein is expressed primarily in the granular layer of the epidermis and inner root sheath of hair follicles and localized to membrane region. This protein undergoes autocleavage which is necessary for activation of the protein. Recombinant human ASPRV1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
