Recombinant human NDUFAF4 protein
DH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex assembly factor 4, also known as NDuFAF4, is involved in the assembly of mitochondrial NADH: ubiquinone oxidoreductase complex (complex I) . This protein may be involved in cell proliferation and survival of hormone-dependent tumor cells. This protein may be a regulator of breast tumor cell invasion. Recombinant human NDuFAF4 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
