Recombinant human RPL26L1 protein
60S ribosomal protein L26-like 1, also known as RPL26L1, belongs to the ribosomal protein family and may play a role in protein synthesis. It is located in the cytoplasm. As is typical for genes encoding ribosomal proteins, there are multiple processed pseudogenes of this gene dispersed through the genome. Recombinant human RPL26L1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
