Recombinant human IFT20 protein
IFT20 is part of intraflagellar transport (IFT) particles involved in ciliary process assembly. This protein may play a role in the trafficking of ciliary membrane proteins from the Golgi complex to the cilium. IFT20 is expressed in almost all tissues. Recombinant human IFT20 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
