Recombinant human RNF181 protein
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF181, also known as RNF181, accepts ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfers the ubiquitin to targeted substrates. Recombinant human RNF181 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
