Chromatin complexes subunit BAP18 is component of chromatin complexes such as the MLL1/MLL and NuRF complexes. Recombinant human BAP18 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
