Recombinant human UbcH10/UBE2C protein
Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 C, also known as uBE2C, is a member of the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. This enzyme is required for the destruction of mitotic cyclins and for cell cycle progression. It accepts ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. Recombinant human uBE2C protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
