Recombinant human ITGB1BP3 protein
Nicotinamide riboside kinase 2, also known as ITGB1BP3, belongs to the uridine kinase family and NRK subfamily. ITGB1BP3 is found at lower levels in heart and is downregulated during myoblast differentiation. ITGB1BP3 catalyzes the phosphorylation of nicotinic acid riboside and nicotinamide riboside to form nicotinic acid mononucleotide and nicotinamide mononucleotide. Recombinant human ITGB1BP3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
