Recombinant human LYPLAL1 protein
Lysophospholipase-like protein 1 (LYPLAL1) belongs to the AB hydrolase 2 family. This protein doesn't exhibit phospholipase nor triacylglycerol lipase activity, able to hydrolyze only short chain substrates due to its shallow active site. Recombinant human LYPLAL1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
